Our new cafe & restaurant, Probys Kitchen, is now open on Probys Quay. 

Nestled in the shadow of St Elizabeth Fort and St Finbarr's Cathedral, we serve heartwarming dishes for breakfast and lunch every day from 8 am.

We start with breakfast, then lunch from 12 midday Monday to Friday, and brunch on weekends from 11 am.

This venture is led by Marianne & Denis from Café Gusto & Liberty Grill, along with Pat Browne, formerly of Ballymaloe Cookery School.

Probys Kitchen shares the same commitment to fresh, seasonal, and healthy food made from scratch, as in our other establishments, with a focus on a shared passion for a sustainable future.
