Probys Kitchen is nestled in the shadow of St Elizabeth Fort and St Finbarr's Cathedral, we serve heart-warming dishes every day

Monday to Friday the kitchen opens at 11am and for brunch on weekends and bank holidays at 9.30am along outdoor dining in the The Garden weather permitting.

This venture is led by Marianne & Denis from Café Gusto & Liberty Grill, along with Pat Browne, formerly of Ballymaloe Cookery School.

Probys Kitchen shares the same commitment to fresh, seasonal, and healthy food made from scratch, as in our other establishments, with a focus on a shared passion for a sustainable future.

All menus will be offered in-house or click & collect

We recommend booking. Normally our maximum  booking mis 6 guests  , but we may be able to accommodate larger groups at off peak times by messaging us via our contact page and we will look into it
