NOW OPEN FOR DINNER

PROBYS kitchen is a stylish eatery near Cork's St Finbarr's cathedral with an eclectic menu which will appeal to those who share our passion at this little world’s diverse cuisines and ingredients.

We open every day at 9.30am, with lunch served from 11am Monday to Friday until 3pm with brunch served all weekend. Dinner is served  Thursday to Saturday starting at 5pm

The team behind PROBYS are Pat the head chef who was up to recently a teacher at Ballymaloe Cookery School along with Marianne & Denis from Cafe Gusto & Liberty Grill

All menus will be offered in-house or click & collect with a wine and beers
